We had a great stay at Chiara’s place in Pescara. The location is fantastic — just a 10 to 15-minute walk from everything you might need, including the beach, restaurants, and wine bars.
The room was clean and modern, as was the bathroom. While we didn’t use the shared common areas, they appeared very well-maintained and inviting.
Communication with Chiara was exceptional throughout our stay.
We definitely recommend this place. Thank you again!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Self Check-in war unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist sehr neu und vor allem das Badezimmer war ganz toll. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche und einen Aufenthaltsraum, alles sehr modern und sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Very nice, modern, and clean place.
Great location, just walking distance to the beach and nice Boulevard with nice boutique shops and cafes.

Chiara's apartment was beyond our expectations. Everything was of high quality, It was very clean and the kitchen was classy and well-supplied. The covered patio area and open air balcony was particularly appreciated for dining and just hanging out. The location was also very good: quiet, yet close to shopping and restaurants. Above and beyond five stars!We couldn't have been more pleased.
